Usage Notifications
If your usage approaches your monthly limit, you will receive an automated notice with options to upgrade or purchase add-ons.
Add-On Pricing
Extra 500 SMS or AI messages: $15
Extra 1,000 SMS or AI messages: $25
Extra 50 AI Voice minutes: $15
Extra 100 AI Voice minutes: $25
Unused add-ons do not roll over to the following billing cycle.
Fair Use Enforcement
If usage exceeds plan limits without an add-on, Flowbot X reserves the right to temporarily pause or throttle services to protect system performance. You will be notified in advance whenever possible.
Billing
Add-ons are charged to the payment method on file and renew with your monthly billing cycle unless canceled.
